Use Facebook in China
People who are living in China have been facing restriction in access to many websites and they are being denied their basic right of getting information online. This issue has been becoming more serious with every passing day and Chinese authorities are blocking more websites. Nobody is allowed to access these websites within China. It’s well known that we can’t even use Facebook in China.
Can blocked websites be accessed?
At the current time, it is almost impossible to access blocked sites – so using Facebook is obviously not possible. I am very used to Facebook and used Facebook in China to stay in touch with my friends, coworkers and the people whom I know are mostly from different parts of the world.
Facebook allows me to be in touch with all the people I know. But China does not allow using Facebook. How unfair is that? Seeing as I wanted to use Facebook in China to get back in touch with my friends, I decided to take matter into my own hands, and did a bit of research. That is when I discovered Secuitales – a web based proxy website that can help people here use Facebook in China. (but I’ll get into that later)
Web based proxies have the ability to bypass Chinese ISPs, The Great Firewall, and get access to the blocked websites. They cross the barriers which the Chinese have planted to restrict access to websites by redirecting your computer or phone’s traffic to a proxy server located outside of China.
That means instead of using Facebook directly, you’re sending a Facebook request to the proxy server, and the proxy server then makes the request for you.
Proxies are used around to the world in different countries to bypass internet censorship. Iran, Vietnam, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, and many other internet restricted countries. I tried many web based proxy web sites and I immediately found that many were blocked. Of the ones that weren’t, it seemed that many were just plain slow. It seems that not every web based proxy is exactly good to use Facebook in China.
The Proxy I Use
But eventually I found Securitales. It is by far the best solution available to use Facebook in China and it is a solution which is available for immediate access online.
There’s nothing to download, so once you sign up, you’re ready to go. It is web based proxy, which means everything is accessible from your browser. This also means that you can use it on your phone, computer, and TV without ordering multiple subscriptions.
When I first started using Securitales, the offered offered me a free trial to check whether it worked for me or not. I think that’s the first sign of a great service – believe in their own product. You don’t even have to give them any credit card info. I was very happy to see that I was actually able to use Facebook in China at last.
Not only that, but there’s a 30 day money back guarantee when you sign up, which means you can try it out for a whole month. If you are suffering from the same problem, then don’t wait to get Securitales.
